Usually error messages are turned off when you have a productive Webiste.
Learn how to easily fetch all error and access messages from your Apache Webserver.

cd /var/log/apache/

Use the tail program to fetch error messages:

tail error_log

Replace error_log with the configured error file name.

If you wish to tail permanently use the -f option of the tail command.

tail -f error_log

To exit the messages use ctrl+c
