Mac OS X locate bash command

To activate on your Mac OS X the locate bash command open your bash and insert the following command:

sudo launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.locate.plist

It will take a couple of minutes before you can use the locate command, the database for it needs to get created.
